The 2013 Fine Scale Model Railroader’s EXPO was held on November 7th, 8th, and 9th in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, located in the heart of the scenic beauty of the Berkshires Mountains in Western Massachusetts, USA. The EXPO featured several area open house / layout tours such as the Franklin & South Manchester and The Hoosac Valley being the most written about and published. The Expo featured several platinum clinics by Dave Frary, Brett Gallant and Dave Revelia amongst others. The vendor room saw brisk activity and many craftsman kit vendors like Fos Scale, South River Model works and Sierra West were in attendance. The contest room saw stiff competition amongst the entrants and the models on display were truly inspiring . The Expo Dinner saw the various category winners receive their awards. All in all , a great experience with much to learn and enjoy……
